nrg+10
chaos 11-22 req 9 illusion
halves cast 10%

inscribable(currently have faith nrg +5 enchanted)

If I were a mesmer , I would not buy for more than 20k prolly. But maybe you can get out a little more.

There are mesmer staff that go for more than 50k, like astral etc.
However this one is not a dungeon only skin, and in fact unwanted by most mesmer, i'll say hold on to it until someone shows up that is looking for this skin.
Is hard to even get 5k out of it, maybe perf savage the mods and sell the clean staff for 1-2k.
